Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. You must not accept any booking unless you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions. For booking any of our trips displayed in the website the following terms and conditions will apply.

Booking Acknowledgement

Acknowledgement of your booking request will be sent via e-mail or telephone call within 48 hours of your request being received. We will send a confirmation email informing the proposed tour details with price. Please ensure you check your e-mail regularly.

If any changes occur after the confirmation of the trip, Peak Himalaya Adventure reserves the right to make changes and offer the similar alternative options of the trip

 (Non-refundable deposit)

 In order to confirm reservation 20% (Non-refundable deposit) per person of the total trip cost is required in advance as per the company policy. This deposit helps us to make confirm the booking for hotel, flight and other required services. Advance payment can be transferred to our following bank account:

-        Should be paid by the clients themselves at the time of deposit.

-        After the wire transfer, Please send us the scanned copy of the bank receipt.

-        Rest of the payment can be made to us upon arrival in Kathmandu before the trip commences.

Non- included items in your holiday costs

-        Nepal entry/ Re-entry visa

-        The cost of obtaining visas for Tibet ,India and Bhutan  if necessary

-        International Airfare with airport tax

-        Overweight baggage (more than 20kg) per person on the flight

-        Single supplement in hotels

-        Travel and Medical  Insurance (which is mandatory)

-        Domestic airport tax

-        Baggage handling which are at your discretion

-        Monument entry fees during the sightseeing

-         Gratuities and baggage handling cost

-        Tipping/ Donations

-        Meals, except where specified and taxes and service charges thereon

-        Telephone calls, laundry room service and any other item of a personal nature.

-        Emergency rescue by helicopter

-        Optional tours and meals not specified in the trip program

Flight cancellation Fee

 If the flight ticket to Lhasa (Tibet), Paro (Bhutan), Delhi (India) is once issued for the client(s) and s/he cancels the trip at the last moment, then the cancellation fee will be subject to the airline's own policies and rules, the same policies will be applicable with hotel accommodations and domestic flights.

No Refunds

 There will be no refunds if a passenger leaves a trip for any reason whatsoever, either voluntarily or involuntarily, after it has begun. We will make no refunds for any meals, accommodation or services.

Price Policy

All rates are quoted in US DOLLARS or Euro. The quoted prices are based on foreign exchange rates known at the time of publication and expected to be in effect at the time of trip departure. Trip prices are per person, based on double occupancy (two people sharing a room). Single room supplements and triple are listed where applicable.

Amendment in Tour Price

All prices are subject to availability, and can be withdrawn or varied without notice until a booking has been made. Once a booking has been made at a quoted price, but until full payment is made; the price is necessarily subject to variations caused by such matters as exchange rate fluctuations, affecting taxes and surcharges on airfares; and supplier price variations which affect the final price of the booking. Such latter variations will, in most cases, be advised with sufficient notice as to enable final payment to be made at the original quoted price.

Passports & Visas

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas and re-entry permits which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility. All travelers must have a valid passport for international travel and many countries require at least 6 months validity from the date of entry. If you need information regarding visa and other travel document requirements for your trip please let us know. We can obtain visas for you if you wish and fees may apply for this service.

Less than 1 day or while on tour : No Refunds.

No Refunds

We shall not give refunds for unused or cancelled portions of a tour after the departure that includes pre-paid lodging, pre- issued flight tickets, meals, transfers, transport, sightseeing, etc. There will be no refunds for “no shows” at the required arrival /departure times or for alterations in travel arrangements. Some airfares once issued are non-refundable

Health

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of any health requirements for your travel destinations and to ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation.

Taxes

Certain taxes are mandatory.  There may also be an additional local tax charged at some airports. All taxes are subject to change without notice.

Liability

We do not accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. We do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.

All information published has been completed from current material and we have taken the utmost care to ensure fact and accuracy.  There may be occasions when an advertised facility is either modified or not available.  Such situation may be dictated by local circumstances, necessary maintenance (eg swimming pools), unsuitable weather, fuel shortages, accidental damage to accommodation or any other circumstances totally beyond our control.
